Scouting
Scouting and Alpha Phi Alpha are a natural alliance. Since 1992, Beta Lambda has maintained Buffalo Pack #78. This program develops skills which help build future leadership for our community. The program is unique in that the 25 African American boys ages 6-11 years, see strong, black role models in every phase of the program. The chapter is responsible for all expenses, including uniforms, and the pack is comprised primarily of boys recruited from the inner-city neighborhood, one parent homes surrounding the Beta Lambda Educational Foundation Building.
